Employers increasingly demand the ability to deal competently with change, adapt goals and actions flexibly, act creatively, and let go of habits. This is now considered a fundamental “future skill” at the social, organizational, and personal levels.
Contents of the self-study course:
In this self-study course, you will explore the question of what is meant by change competence or change intelligence. You will begin by reflecting on what change can mean (in a professional context), what phases (and roles) it goes through, and how you personally feel about change and upheaval. At the same time, the course will give you a sense of what you already have to offer in terms of successfully dealing with change in your studies and career.
Optional in-depth reflection workshop:
In the reflection workshop, you will have the opportunity to exchange your questions, insights, and ideas with other participants and link them in depth to your career prospects.
