Self-study course: Strong and resilient in tomorrow’s working world – Future Skill Resilience

Resilience – a skill that helps you deal constructively with stress and change while remaining mentally, socially, and organizationally resilient. Whether for everyday student life or at work, resilience is now described as an essential future skill in view of social challenges and crises.

Content of the self-study course:

In this self-study course, you will deal fundamentally with the concept or skill of “resilience,” both in terms of employability and as a personal resource. You will reflect on what strengthens you in stressful situations and take away practical exercises for your everyday professional and academic life.

Optional in-depth reflection workshop

In the reflection workshop, you will have the opportunity to exchange your questions, insights, and ideas with other participants and link them to your career prospects in greater depth.

Optional reflection workshop:

Self-study phase: 2-3 hours
Optional reflection workshop: 2 hours

Points for the Employability Pass:

For international students, the workshop can be credited with 3 points towards the Employability Pass of the project “Forging International Talents – FIT in Siegen”.
