Transformative processes and changes are not only taking place with ever-increasing dynamism, they also affect all levels of society, organisations, teams, employees and, ultimately, the individual. The ability to deal competently with change, adapt goals and actions, act creatively and let go of habits is increasingly required by employers.
This workshop prepares you for these requirements as a first step. You will deal with this:
- What is meant by change competence.
- Your personal attitude towards change.
- What you already bring with you to react positively to change.
- What models there are for change processes and how individuals behave according to them.
- Which strategies at work (and at university) help you to deal with change processes.
