Those who are aware of their own strengths and skills can approach their career choice in a much more targeted and successful manner. With your skill set in mind, you will not only discover areas for development, but also promote a future fit between professional requirements and your own competence profile.
In this 2-day workshop, you will engage intensively and creatively with your own talents, strengths, and skills with a view to starting your career. Step by step, you will design your own “hero’s journey” and bring it to life on canvas on the second day. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be a writer or artist – just bring a pinch of curiosity and a spirit of adventure.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a clearer understanding of:
- Your strengths and abilities that will make you successful in your career (and studies).
- The future-oriented skills (future skills) that are required in your profession and that you already encounter in your everyday studies.
- The job profiles that interest you and how your own profile fits in with them.
- Where your professional journey is headed and what the next steps might be.
