Exercises for resilience

The list of things that create stress and pressure is long. And then the question how to plan the start of your career in a relaxed way. Difficult. In this training, we take a day for exercises that take us out of stress and pressure, exercises that give us strength and a calm head. This helps in planning your life path and career entry, but it of course also may be useful in many other life situations.

As we work very intensively in this training, the number of participants is limited to 12.
