This workshop is about the skills that help you to be successful in a constantly changing labor market. It starts with an overview of the concept of future skills. On this basis, the participants then develop a profile of the skills they have acquired to date. The next step is to identify the skills that still need to be acquired and ways in which these can be integrated into individual learning and life plans.
