Some Exercise for Resilience

Exercises for resilience is a concept that helps you to become more resilient against the many challenges of everyday life with small exercises integrated into your day. Marcellus Menke, Head of Career Services of the University of Siegen, and Bianca Geurden, responsible for the FIT-Program, introduce the concept of resilience. They explain the concepts of exercises and show how participants can develop a reality-based, resilient mindset.
